Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ikan pari saiz sederhana
2 mangkuk santan
1 helai daun kunyit
½ sudu teh serbuk kunyit
Garam dan serbuk perasa secukup rasa
Sedikit minyak masak untuk menumis
Bahan kisar:
10 tangkai cili api
3 ulas bawang merah
Cara Penyediaan:
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar hingga naik bau.
Masukkan santan, daunkunyit dan serbuk kunyit. Kacau rata.
Masukkan ikan pari, kacau perlahan supaya isi ikan tidak hancur dan didihkan hingga pekat.
Masukkan garam dan serbuk perasa secukup rasa. Matikan api.
Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
